Registration - Parent Portal

All Registrations are processed through our user-friendly online registration system to

make sure nothing falls through the cracks. 

The system can be accessed on any device - computer, tablet, phone, etc.  There's even an App for That!!  Download the Free Dance Studio Pro App for easy on-the-go access to your dance account!  Available for Apple and Android devices.

Some Helpful Notes for When You Register:

• When you register, please make sure your child's birthdate is entered correctly.  The system automatically filters class availability based on the child's age.
• Please note that we align our ages with the school systems, and posted ages refer to the child's age as of September 1st for the school year season.
•  All registrations require a credit (or debit) card or ACH payment method to be on file (the registration system will require you sign up for auto-pay).
• At the time of registration, a non-refundable 20% enrollment deposit will be collected.  The balance of the session fee will be processed the week prior to the start of the session.
• If you register after the 1st day of a session, the full session fee will be collected at the time of registration.
• Enrollment Deposits and Session fees are non-refundable unless the studio cancels
• Students enrolled in Session I will be automatically re-enrolled into Sessions II, III, and IV, unless the studio is notified by the discontinue date on our calendar.
• Registration will include acceptance of waivers, and photo release.  For safety, student full names are never posted online.
• Your Parent Portal is a vital link in studio communication!  Studio calendars, forms and information are stored there (as well as here!) and are available 24/7. Recital costume pictures will be posted there, and parents can utilize their Parent Portal login anytime to update registrations or payment methods, view class and studio resources, and more!
• Budget-friendly monthly installment payments available!  The 20% enrollment deposit will still be collected at the time of registration.  You will then need to contact the studio to let us know that you want to pay monthly, and we will set your account for monthly auto-pay processing.  Full-year commitment required for this option.
